The presence of fluid (blood) coming out of the baby's umbilical cord is known as cord bleeding. As a result of trauma to the cord, improper care, and failure of the normal thrombus formation process based on previous investigations at PMB Sri Rezeki. Out of 17 newborns in November 2023, two of them had cord bleeding. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the midwifery care given to newborn mother A G1P0A0 who experienced cord bleeding at PMB Sri Rezeki in Panggoi Village, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City. Researchers conducted qualitative descriptive research through case studies. This study was conducted in November 2023 at PMB Sri Rezeki, Muara Dua District, using 1 baby aged 4 who experienced cord bleeding. The results of the study were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that baby A had cord bleeding. After implementation, baby A was given action planning to prevent problems that might occur. One of the risks that may occur in babies who experience cord bleeding is that germs can enter and cause infections that cause tetanus neonatorum. The results of this study can also be used as a reference and study material for future research.
