Abstract

Prenatal care is supervision before delivery, especially aimed at the growth of the fetus in the womb. Pregnancy care is carried out to monitor the progress of the pregnancy process to ensure the health of the mother and the growth and development of the fetus. Maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia are very high, therefore it is important for pregnant women until childbirth to get health services according to the 10 T standard. The purpose of writing this article is to provide pregnancy care for E's mother in the Independent Midwife Practice Fajri Laili Kutablang District Bireuen Regency. The method used is a type of case study conducted at PMB Fajri Laili Kutablang District Bireuen Regency in November 2023. The subject in this case is Mrs. E aged 23 years G1P0A0. The instrument used is the antenatal care assessment format and other midwifery instruments in pregnancy examination. The results of care provided to mother E aged 23 years G1P0A0 obtained pregnancy with mild anemia, midwives provide pregnancy care in accordance with the 10 T standard. So that the condition of the mother and baby can return to normal. The conclusion of this study is midwifery care for mother E at PMB Fajri Laili has been carried out in accordance with the 10 T standard. Based on the pregnancy care provided, there is no gap between theory and practice.
