construction and structures in the design of architectural forms that are harmonized with the principles of SGD's design
through effectiveness and efficiency are generally strongly supported by café designs that incorporate subtleties of local
wisdom. Bamboo, one of the natural materials that has been the subject of numerous studies, is said to be able to facilitate
structural study and the realization of cafe design concepts with subtleties of local expertise. The purpose of this research is
to investigate the use of natural resources, such as bamboo, as a local knowledge, which has long been utilized as a building
material in Indonesian culture, is given priority in SGD's design and application. Additionally, the exterior design of cafes
incorporates the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to create environmentally friendly public spaces that support
sustainable city development. Descriptive qualitative research methodology is employed, and data is gathered by field
observations and interviews with stakeholders involved in the research topic, which are validated by prior studies as reliable
data collection methods.
