Abstrak

Rengginang is a traditional food made from cassava. To make it, use cassava. The presentation is done by cleaning and peeling the sweet potato, grating it and settling it, then making a dough using flour and then molding it according to size. This community service activity carried out in Sukasari Village, Pegajahan District, Serdang Begadai Regency aims to add value. economic society. And for the devotees as experience, in the use of cassava which is commonly found in various regions as the main ingredient for making rengginang. The results of the rengginang making process can become a business venture for community MSMEs (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) in Sukasari Village.
