Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompensasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Retensi Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen

Research on teacher/employee retention is something that is not popular, but sometimes occurs anywhere. Many factors cause it, in this case the research tries to look at the aspects of providing training, compensation, and teacher job satisfaction. The study was conducted on 183 State Elementary School teachers in Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. By applying the type of quantitative associative research, and problem analysis with the path analysis model. The results found; (1) there is a direct and indirect influence of training on teacher retention of 24.54%, while the compensation aspect is 14.11%, and the teacher satisfaction factor, is 21.36%. (2) The contribution of training, compensation and job satisfaction factors simultaneously to teacher retention, is 21.1%.
