Abstract

Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.) is an economical vegetable that requires optimization of organic nutrition and biological agents to improve crop yields. This study aims to determine the appropriate dosage of frass organic fertilizer and Trichoderma sp. application on the growth and yield of the PM 126 F1 cauliflower variety. The research was conducted at the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, from May to September 2025. The research method utilized a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to identify significant treatment effects. Results indicated that frass fertilizer dosage significantly influenced fresh curd weight, with the P3 dosage (250 g) yielding the highest average of 219.78 g. Trichoderma sp. application also significantly affected yield, where the T3 treatment provided the highest curd weight at 193.11 g. No significant interaction was found between the treatments; however, descriptively, the P3T3 combination achieved the highest fresh curd weight of 260.67 g.
