Fish landings provide important information for monitoring fishery resources, particularly species of conservation concern. This study aimed to identify landed fish species, assess their conservation status, and describe their economic value and associated fishing gear. A descriptive survey was conducted from April to May 2023 through direct observations and interviews with fishers and fish traders. Species identification was based on morphological characteristics, while conservation status was assessed using the IUCN Red List and CITES. A total of 50 fish species belonging to 12 orders and 27 families were identified, with Carangidae being the most represented family. Most species were classified as Least Concern (70%). However, Sphyrna lewini, categorized as Critically Endangered and listed in CITES Appendix II, and Himantura uarnak, categorized as Endangered, were also recorded. Fish prices ranged from IDR 10,000 to 80,000/kg, with the highest prices recorded for Serranidae. Six fishing gear types were identified, with gillnets associated with the highest number of species (27). These findings highlight the importance of PPI Ujong Baroh as a monitoring site for landings of threatened fish species, particularly sharks and rays.
