THE INFLUENCE OF FACILITIES ON TOURIST SATISFACTION AT PENTAGO GARDEN TOURIST ATTRACTION, BUKIT DISTRICT, BENER MERIAH REGENCY

Abstract

Bener Meriah Regency in Aceh Province is a region boasting natural tourist attractions and a landscape that remains largely unspoiled, featuring coffee plantations; consequently, it is a worthy destination within the area. This study aims to analyze the impact of facilities on tourist satisfaction, focusing on the Pentago Garden tourist attraction in Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and literature review. Employing a correlational research design with a quantitative approach, the data were analyzed using statistical methods, specifically regression and correlation analysis. The results indicate that facilities have a significant influence on tourist satisfaction, with 51.1% of the variation in tourist satisfaction being explained by the quality of the available facilities.
